Terms and Conditions
1. How These terms work
1.1 Your admission to and conduct at our Events is governed by these Terms. By purchasing Tickets and/or entering or attempting to enter the Event Venue, you will be taken to have accepted our Venue Terms and, where a Ticket has been purchased, any Ticket Terms.
2. Amendments to these terms
2.1 These Terms may be amended from time to time, to reflect changes in the rules of admission, changes in health and safety and/or security procedures, changes to the arrangements in place between The Cultural Collective and relevant Ticket Agents and/or Venue Management, and/or changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

2.2 Your attendance to our Events will be subject to the Terms and Conditions pertaining to entry. It is your responsibility to check the Terms before entering the Venue, so that you are aware of any changes.
3. Your Ticket
3.1 Your Ticket may be in the form of a paper ticket, mobile/barcode, or email. Tickets cannot be cancelled and/or refunded after purchase, other than at the discretion of The Cultural Collective Management.

3.2 Only persons holding a valid Ticket (and in some cases valid ID, e.g. Age Verification ID, Student ID, etc.) will be admitted to the Events.

3.3 Ownership or possession of a Ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the Ticket or used in connection with the Event.
4. Entry
4.1 For entry to our Event, you must produce a valid Ticket.

4.2 You may be asked to show your Ticket and/or ID for inspection at any time during the Event. Failure to do so may result in you being required to leave the Venue.

4.3 Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors. We may conduct security searches of clothing, bags and other items, as determined by us in our reasonable discretion, including on entry and exit of the Venue.

4.4 Prohibited Items – We reserve the right to prohibit within the Venue:
- items which are illegal. Anyone found in possession of illegal or contraband goods may also be liable for prosecution;
- weapons, bladed/sharp articles, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, glass bottles, flammable liquids in any container, laser pens, illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, animals (except Service Dogs), bombs, food or drink (other than sealed water bottles) or any other item which in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to the Event or to other attendees (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes).
4.5 You are responsible for safeguarding your property when at the Venue. The Cultural Collective will have no liability for property that is lost, stolen or damaged when at our Event.

4.6 You may be ejected from or not permitted to enter the Venue and required to surrender any Tickets you hold, without refund, if you:
- refuse to remove a Prohibited Item;
- are found to be under the influence of an intoxicant such that it poses your presence as a risk to other attendees or to the operation of the Event;
- refuse to be searched; and/or
- refuse in our reasonable opinion, you or your behaviour, or any item you are carrying might:
- (a) pose a health and safety risk;
- (b) affect the enjoyment of other visitors;
- (c) affect the running of the Event;
- (d) cause damage to or interfere with the property of The Cultural Collective or the Venue;
- (e) be illegal; or
- (g) be in breach of any rules and regulations exhibited on notices at the Venue, such as (without limitation):
- entering any backstage or prohibited areas;
- throwing any objects or substances onto the stage or into the crowd or at another visitor; or
- smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes.
4.7 Where onsite parking is available at one of our Events, vehicles and their contents are left at the owners’ own risk. The Cultural Collective do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

4.8 In order to ensure the security, safety and comfort of all visitors, we/Management reserve the right at our reasonable discretion to refuse your admission to, or to eject you from, the Venue without compensation or refund.

4.9 Should you experience any problems while in the Venue please contact the nearest Management member so that every reasonable effort can be made to resolve the issue prior to, or during the Event.
5. Events
5.1 CCTV and film cameras may be present in the Venue. This includes filming by the security staff carried out for the purposes of providing the safety of visitors, and filming and/or photography of the Event by the The Cultural Collective. By purchasing a Ticket, you give your express consent to all such filming and to your actual or simulated likeness being included within any: film, photograph, audio and/or audio-visual recording (“Footage”). All rights in such Footage which will be owned by The Cultural Collective.

You also agree that any such Footage may be used by The Cultural Collective in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world, including (with the exception of CCTV or security Footage) for commercial purposes, without payment or compensation to you.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from Management or Volunteers.

6.2 No smoking is permitted in any part of the Venue.

6.3 WARNING – prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.
7. General
7.1 To the fullest extent permissible in law, we shall be entitled to assign any and all of our rights and obligations under these Terms, provided that your rights are not adversely affected.

7.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to make the rest of the provision(s) and remainder of these Terms valid and enforceable.

7.3 If we delay or fail to enforce any of these Terms it shall not mean that we have waived our right to do so.

7.4 All of these Terms are governed by English Law and any disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
